We will assess the best way to clean out the vent line upon arrival.
We will either clean it from the inside to the outside exterior vent (termination) exit cover or from the outside to the Inside.

We will also pull out the dryer from the wall and clean the vent line from the back of exterior of the dryer to the inside lint trap area of the dryer.

We Also Get the lint out of inside the dryer as to where most fires start from.
Most duct cleaning companies will not do this nor know how.

We reconnect everything and make sure there’s no air leaks and secure everything and put the appliances back into position. Check the air flow from the exterior dryer exit cover to ensure proper venting and that completes the service.

We also check for anything that may put your home at risk :
Vents not being connected correctly, replacing duct taped vents with the proper heat shield tape.
Removal and replacement of metal or plastic flex piping.

OK These guys are THE BEST! Troy just came to clean my dryer vent and HE WAS AWESOME! Very thorough, explained what he was doing and did a fantastic job. I will have them come clean my dryer vent every other year!!! I would give them the HIGHEST recommendation!!

Not a coincidence why Troy has so many positive reviews! He has been in the industry for a long time and is very knowledgeable!

Long story short. He couldn’t do the duct cleaning due to how the insulation was set up/furnace location, etc. He spent over an hour looking for ways. Technically, he could have done it. But there would be a possibility where the insulation may tear and cause more issues.

He offered to even do the ducts manually but said he wouldn’t feel good about the quality of the work and that I can do it myself instead of paying him. I told him I appreciated his time and sharing his knowledge and wanted to pay him for his time (service charge). But he would not accept. Once I confirm from an inspector on how it should be done. I’ll be calling him back!

This is the small business you need to support! Was prompt and professional. Troy took time to explain some installation issues with my dryer (not from him) and even fixed them for me. Talked me through several things to improve length of useable life for my dryer. Super responsive and so easy to do business with. Won't be using anyone else!

Troy was very professional. Took about the first 30 minutes to explain what was going on with the dryer vent and what could be done to make it more efficient. Then he got to work and did a phenomenal job replacing my dryer vent and throughly cleaning out the dryer. Would 100% recommend him! And the cost was super fair as well. Was expecting to more more then what I did. A++++ all the way around!

Troy came out to clean our dryer vent. He did a great job explaining the process and what to look for in the future. The before and after photos really showed how much lint was removed. He went above and beyond with the service and even gave us tips for the A/C and furnace to keep our house efficient. Great example of how to run a service business!
